1) Tutor evaluates the needs/goals of each
child on their initial visit.
2) At the end
of the assignment, a final student evaluation is completed
for assessment purposes.
3) Parents
sign a form to confirm each child’s lesson throughout
the entire assignment.
4) A Tutor
evaluation is mailed to the caregiver at the end of each assignment.
